Lead Times: Why Outdoor Structures Aren't Off the Shelf
Every frame is cut for your opening and every roof is glazed to your span, so nothing ships until the order is confirmed. That is a feature rather than a delay — but it does mean planning ahead.

Order to manufacture
Sizes and colour are locked after survey, then the system is manufactured. Special RAL colours and non-standard spans extend that window.
Seasonal demand
Enquiries peak in spring, so summer installs are usually booked earlier in the year. Autumn and winter orders often get quicker slots.
Groundwork dependencies
If bases, paving or electrical work are being done by others, the install date is set around their completion.
How to time it
Work backwards from when you want to use the space, and allow for survey, order and manufacture rather than just fitting.
Frequently asked questions
Can you rush an order?
Sometimes on standard colours and spans. We will tell you honestly rather than promise a date we cannot hold.
Do you install in winter?
Yes. Frame and roof work continues year-round, weather permitting on the day.
When do I pay?
A deposit confirms the order and the balance is due on completion, with terms confirmed in writing.
Can the date move?
We give you notice if weather or supply moves a slot, and re-book at your convenience.
